Recently, a customer driving a Kia Forte came to us for help.  He complained that after he installed GAB SS Series adjustable suspension from a local authorized dealer, there were noises coming from the suspension.  He went back to the dealer twice hoping that they would help him solve the problem.  Instead of helping him to check/claim warranty, they just sell him spring buffer telling him that it will eliminate the noise.  However, even after installing the spring buffer, the noise still remain.  When ask why was it like that, they just told him i
'memang itu macam'.

After spending hours checking and tuning the suspension, we are able to eliminate the noise from the suspension and the customer leave our place with a SMILE on his face.  It's our pleasure to serve.

Few days ago, another customer driving Toyota Wish from Betong, Sarawak came to us to install adjustable suspension which he bought earlier from Miri, Sarawak as he had trouble finding place who are willing to install it for him.  Driving all the way from Betong to Kuching just to get his car suspension installed. 

For those of YOU who are thinking of replacing your suspension, please consult a shop who are really a specialist in suspension.  Don't just believe the WORDS of SALESPERSON who doesn't have much knowledge of suspension.  They just want to earn you $$ but not giving you what you really wanted.
