Established in 2002, Ultra Racing is a Malaysian-based specialist manufacturer in Chassis Handling and Tuning components.  They research, design, test and manufacture high quality chassis strengthening bars to cater for all types of vehicles.  

Ultra Racing offers "one-piece" design of solid brackets attached to the strut bars which make the strut bar simply more durable and provides better resistance in chassis flex.  This method have been applied to every range of Ultra Racing products as a promising in product quality and assurance to all customers.

Ultra Racing is also the first in the country to introduce the multi-points bars which gives superior performance against conventional bars in distributing the forces being stress on the chassis.  Followed by feedback collected from street and race-track testing, enhancing, strengthening, and improving the safety of the vehicle is their priority:

Design Philosophy

Enhance and strengthening the chassis of the vehicle without altering or affecting the original chassis specifications.  Improve driving dynamic and driving comfort.

Safety Philosophy 

Individually design products to suit the different vehicles.  The shape, material thickness, and material strength is selected and chosen to minimize chassis damage and passengers injuries during an impact.

Ultra Racing strut bars are being designed to absorb the impact and minimizing the possible damages due to the chassis in an event of collision.  With promising characteristic, Ultra Racing strut bars will not only provide solid handling but also a shield to the passengers.  Ultra Racing strut bar's material are first being carefully selected, the brackets are being constructed by steel plates with the thickness of 4mm-5mm in order to provide a strong brackets which would only be able to hold each corner with strong holding power hence providing a solid and responsive handling.  Secondly the hollow steel tubes and oval tubes are being constructed with the size of only 1.2mm - 1.6mm of thickness which would not affect the handling delivered to the vehicle while impact can be absorbed without causing damage to the opposite side where the collision happens.

Photos below are real life accident.  This car have been installed with full set of UR Ultra Racing bars.

This car hit a stand still lorry parked by the road side at speed over 100km/h.  The driver tried to swerve away but it was too late.  His car knock the lorry causing his car to spin to the middle of the road.  His car was hit again by an incoming Mercedes hitting his car on the left side as you can see in the photos.

As you can see, the room bar bent to absorb the impact from side collision thus protecting the passenger inside the car.

The 3-Points Fender Bar absorb the direct hit impact into the lorry.

The 3-Points Rear Strut Bar help to absorb side impact 

The 4-Points Front Strut Bar does not cause any damage to the right side while the left side absorb impact of direct hit at a stand still lorry park by the roadside

The car suffered total lost due to the accident but both the driver and passenger escape with just minor scratches
