He claim that the car did not respond how he expected when he got it out from the showroom.
Even after 1st service at Proton, he is still not satisfied.

So he ask me to test drive is car.  I was disappointed with the respond of the car too.
So I decided to replace the Original R3 4-2-1 Stainless Steel to 
Hot Bits 4-1 Stainless Steel Extractor

NGK R Nickel Spark Plug to NGK Iridium IX Spark Plug

We went for another round of test drive, 
the owner is very happy with the improvement showing 2 thumbs up!

Owner will be back for more upgrade to improve the respond of this Neo R3
