Recently, a customer driving a Kia Forte came to us for help.  He complained that after he installed GAB SS Series adjustable suspension from a local authorized dealer, there were noises coming from the suspension.  He went back to the dealer twice hoping that they would help him solve the problem.  Instead of helping him to check/claim warranty, they just sell him spring buffer telling him that it will eliminate the noise.  However, even after installing the spring buffer, the noise still remain.  When ask why was it like that, they just told him i 'memang itu macam'.
